Dr. Curtis Casady
Dr. Casady graduated Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2003. Following graduation he co-founded Balanced Life Wellness Center in Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. Balanced Life was later incorporated into a fully integrated medical practice called Active Physical Medicine where Dr. Casady acted as Vice President and Clinical Director. He is now an associate chiropractor and director of clinical training for Gilbert Physical Medicine.
Dr. Casady has extensive experience treating many different types of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He has advanced training in upper cervical treaments to address complex condtions like fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSD, and generalized pain syndromes. Dr. Casady also has years of experience adjusting extremities for the relief of knee, hip, ankle, shoulder, and elbow pain.

Nichol has been with Gilbert Physical Medicine for over a decade and is well versed in all aspects of the practice.

Receptionist
Gaby is our lead front desk receptionist, she has been working in the medical field for the past 12 years. In her downtime, she loves spending time with her husband and four kids. She starts every day with a smile on her face and will make sure your care plan is scheduled for your specific needs.
Charlotte Williams
Operations Assistant
Charlotte has over 10 years experience working in the medical field, she worked with Dr. Wasserman 18 years ago, but left to raise her children. She’s responsible for insurance verification and helping out in the front office. She enjoys traveling, baking and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Pearl
Therapy Dog
Pearl is our Therapy Dog in Training. She is an ACK registered Akita born in February of 2021. Pearl roams the office and loves pets on her sides and her chest. When Pearl is not working she enjoys taking walks, playing at the beach, and trips to colder weather.
